New Game
Announcing the release of a brand new game named Pew pew. This game represents hours of work that started off as a simple demonstration of some modern web technologies but has culminated in a full blown release to the Android store (for now).
The game is designed to be easy and fun to play and runs on over 1000 different Android devices. At less than 6 MB in size, it’s also very small compared to the other apps out there. It’s not computationally intensive so it doesn’t suck up a lot of power from the device’s battery. This means that users can play the game for a long time without having to worry much about their battery getting drained while travelling and away from a charger.
The game has also been extensively tested and we have found it stable.
The new game is designed to be really simple to play and use. Both actors (the player and enemy) auto-fire so all you have to do to play effectively is to move your player piece back and forth. You accomplish this by touching the screen either to the left or right of the player’s current position. The player will automatically move towards the touch point.
You can read more about the game here. But for now go ahead and get a copy installed on your phone here.
Also be sure and let us know if you’d like to see anything added to the game, such as different levels, enemy types, etc. We wanted to publish the MVP version of the game and iterate on features based on user feedback. In addition, if you’d like to see any other types of games that don’t exist let us know that as well. We’re always looking for new ideas.
